Gifting Options

Can I customize the products I order?

Unfortunately, Wishful does not currently offer the option to customize products. However, we hope to introduce this feature in the near future. In the meantime, we're confident that you'll find something on our site that's perfect for you or for the special person you're shopping for.

Are the gifts wrapped and ready to be given?

You have the option to have your gift wrapped in a beautiful box, ready to be given, or you can take it a step further, and we’ll send the gift in a gorgeous bag, making it extra special!

Do you offer products for specific occasions?

Absolutely! Wishful is a site where we aim to help you find the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one. Sometimes, small and meaningful gifts can speak volumes, so don't get caught up in finding a large present—what matters most is that it's given from the heart.

Can I add a personalized greeting message to the gift?

Absolutely! It would be our pleasure to put your heartfelt message on paper for your loved one.

Order Information

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After placing your order, it should reach you within 24-48 hours nationally via courier, or the same timeframe if using Fanbox. For international deliveries, it may take up to 4 business days.

What delivery methods do you offer?

You can choose between classic courier delivery to your door or Fanbox, a pick-up point of your choice. We partner with Fancourier for all deliveries.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

You can track your order using the AWB code provided for it. If you don't receive the automatic confirmation email with the AWB code, please contact us at hello@wishful.ro or call the number listed on our website.

Customer Support

Do you offer assistance with choosing gifts?

Of course! We would be more than happy to help you choose your products. You can call us from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or you can email us at hello@wishful.ro, and our team will assist you with great pleasure.

Do you provide gift-wrapping services?

Yes, we do! In the penultimate step of completing your order, you will have the option to choose how you want your gift wrapped for an extra fee. You can select the color of the wrapping paper and what you would like to be written on the note inside.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do! Please email us at hello@wishful.ro or call us for all the details you need. You can also find a gift voucher on our website by searching for the word "GIFT," which you can purchase in electronic format.
