Return Policy
At Wishful, we comply with current legislation and aim to provide a transparent and pleasant experience. Please read our return policy carefully:
Online Orders
For online orders, you have the legal right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. However, you must notify us of your intent to return the product within the first 3 calendar days of receiving the package. Returns notified after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Online Order Returns:

Products must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns apply only to products that are not personalized or purchased at a discount.
Return Process for Online Orders:

Contact us at hello@wishful.ro within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.

If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
In-Store Purchases
For products purchased from the Wishful physical store, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you have the following options:

Exchange the product for another item, subject to availability.

Receive a gift card equal to the value of the purchased product, valid for future purchases.
Exceptions and Special Conditions:

Personalized, used, or unboxed products are not eligible for returns.

Products purchased at a discount or during promotional campaigns cannot be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@wishful.ro. We will assess the situation and provide a prompt resolution, either by replacing the product or issuing a gift card.
